After 2 horrible groomings with a different groomer, I was so scared to get my puppy groomed again. Animal Crackers exceeded expectations, my baby boy looks amazing and came out smiling!! The most perfect grooming ever. I’m so glad I finally found a groomer I can trust! 11/10 recommend!

I was so nervous trying a new groomer for my two dogs. (We are new to the area) but they did an AMAZING job and were so kind and welcoming!! Couldn’t be happier. They have a forever customer!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about JJ and the entire Animal Crackers staff! They go above and beyond every single time to take care of our Aussies — not only do they come home looking and smelling amazing after their grooms, but I know they’re treated with so much love and care throughout the day.

Animal Crackers in downtown Miami is a fantastic pet shop, offering a diverse range of toys and grooming services. The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. I just became a return customer! Love this place. My pups groom is literally perfect. They made recommendations based on their knowledge and they were right! The staff is so personable and down to earth. Pricing is great. Overall wonderful experience. See you guys next time!

🙏I had a wonderful experience with this groomer! My Maltese is not very friendly, but they handled her with so much care and patience. She came out looking absolutely beautiful with a perfectly clean and fluffy coat. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend!

This place is the best in Miami for you pet, food, advice, grooming and toys/products, the staff is great as well. They worry about sustainability as well and I like that.
